Social Tennis

Opportunities exist in many centres around the State for Tennis Seniors to get in some extra practice or have a social game. Two such groups wish to advise they have the welcome mat out for Seniors to join in.

Sydney Veterans Tennis

This group:

Plays on five synthetic grass courts at Lane Cove Tennis Club, Central Park, Kenneth Street, Longueville, NSW 2066 with use of comfortable clubhouse facilities.

Plays on Mondays and Wednesdays 9.30 am to 2.30 pm, and Fridays 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.

Welcomes both men and women who are already regular players as casual visitors or new members (sorry, no beginners).

Strathfield

Strathfield Group is an informal gathering of members of Tennis Seniors NSW who use this as a practice session for the many competitions in which Seniors participate. Play is held each Tuesday from 10 am.

Interested players should contact the Secretary of the host Club, Strathfield Recreation Club to enquire about joining the group. Phone 9747 5488.
